Either way. Both inside covers include pockets which hold any additional paperwork.The inside front cover has pockets to hold a CD/flash drive and two business cards, keeping your documents organized and safe.This kit comes with a hand embossing seal that contains the company's information on it. Seal comes in a seal pouch that protects and stores the seal when not in use, keeping it safe and organized with the rest of the kit.

* Type Entity Name exactly as you wish it to appear on the Unit or Interest Stock Certificates & Binder.
* IMPORTANT: ALL STATES REQUIRE LLC ENDINGS ON ENTITY NAMES
* Year always applies for your Limited Liability kit, except for California and Hawaii which require Full Dates
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Stock Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
