Either way. Both inside covers include pockets which hold any additional paperwork.The inside front cover has pockets to hold a CD/flash drive and two business cards, keeping your documents organized and safe.This kit comes with a hand embossing seal that contains the company's information on it. Seal comes in a seal pouch that protects and stores the seal when not in use, keeping it safe and organized with the rest of the kit. . Includes: Corporation, Close Corporation, Professional Corporation and Association.
