This 2 inch capacity ring metal approximately a 3" spine, It has a specially designed inside cover pocket to hold additional important papers, as well as 2 business cards & a CD. Included inside the Minute Book Binder is the metal embossing seal with the entity's name, year, and state of the entity, the embosser pouch, as well as 20 custom certificates with the name of the entity, state of formation and other pertinent information. * Type the Name of Entity exactly as you wish it to appear on the Non Profit or Not-for-Profit Certificates.
* Mo. Day, Yr. required for CA and HI only; all other States Year only applies.
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Company. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
