E-Corpkit® Premier has the ability to store thousands of companies, their documents and data. THIS PROGRAM IS FOR WINDOWS ONLY.

E-corpkit® Premier is a downloadable program to hold all of your formation's files. when ordering the first time, we send two files, the program,and the entity formation information. When you click on the program you will get a list of companies that you have already loaded. Clicking on a company name on the list, will give you the list tabs for that type of formation. If you click on an individual tab, it will reveal the files that we have sent you. To access the files, just click on them. If you click on the Bylaw tabs, it will show all the bylaw files saved to that company.
Since the program runs on Java, you must either already have Java installed or you must retrieve the free software.
