This 3 inch capacity ring metal approximate 4 inch (4") spine. This kit has a Specially Designed Inside cover pocket to hold additional important papers, 2 Business Cards & a CD. Included inside the Minute Book Binder is the Metal Embossing Seal with the Entities Name, Year, and State of the Entity, the Embosser Pouch, 20 Custom Certificates with the Name of the Entity, State of Formation and other Pertinent Information.
