* Plain minute paper.
* Printed Bylaws/operating agreements or on CD "PDF" (no paper for printing the bylaws/operating agreement will be included if you get them on CD) (for an additional fee).
* 20 peel and stick gold wafer seals.
* 10 top stub certificates(certificate issuing PDF's can be found on our website).
* 6 tabs specific to your entity type.
* Member or transfer ledger.

Order Form Instructions for your corporate kit
* When filling out this order form a "*" to the left of the option indicates Required Fields listed below in the corporate kit order form.
* Type Name of Entity exactly as you wish it to appear on the Stock Certificates.
* Year only applies for your corporate kit, except for California and Hawaii which require the Mo. Day, Yr.
* Signature Titles are listed in ranking order of the officers of the Corporation. The highest ranking officer is placed on the bottom right of the Stock Certificate, followed by bottom left, top right and top left.
